Sales & Return Policy
Items purchased from Sterling Power USA have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. The items must be unused with all original packaging. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form of payment as the original payment type. In cases of a customer error, the original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.
Items returned that are damaged by the customer and/or missing parts or materials will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

If your order was damaged in transit or arrive with an error, please contact us ASAP so we may take care of the matter promptly and at no expense to you. Please do not throw out any shipping or packaging materials.

All returns for any reason will require a Return Form to be filled out at the Sterling Power USA website. The Return Form must be printed out and included w/ the product you are returning. 
Orders being returned for issues other than product warranty are subject to a 10% restocking fee!
